Agree scope and price before work begins
You need to provide a storage device
Bring an external hard drive or USB storage device with sufficient free space. If you do not have suitable storage, I can order it by arrangement for an additional charge. It is not included in the backup price.
Data backup and data recovery are different services
These prices cover the agreed data backup. If a storage device is unreadable or data is already lost, we first need to establish what is possible. This does not constitute a promise of data recovery at the backup price.

How to make your enquiry
- Send the model and your requirements – Manufacturer, exact model number and a short description by WhatsApp or phone.
- Agree scope and price – You know which work has been agreed before it begins.
- Hand over your device – Drop-off in Kößlarn by appointment or shipping by arrangement. Any collection and its costs are agreed in advance.

How much does a data backup cost?
Up to 50 GB costs €30, up to 500 GB €80 and up to 2 TB €110. The agreed scope is confirmed before work begins.
Do I need to bring an external hard drive or USB stick?
Yes. The storage device must have enough free space for the agreed data.
What if I do not have a suitable storage device?
By arrangement, I can order suitable storage for an additional charge. It is not included in the backup price.
Do these prices also guarantee recovery of lost data?
No. These prices cover data backup. For lost data or unreadable storage devices, we first assess the situation; successful data recovery is not guaranteed.
