What does cleaning include?

The service includes internal laptop cleaning and renewing thermal paste. For complex or glued models, thermal materials are renewed to suit the device: thermal paste plus thermal putty or liquid metal where the model requires it.

Which price applies to your device?

Standard: €90. Complex / glued: €110. Send me the manufacturer and model plus a short description. Before starting, I confirm scope and price for your laptop.

Cleaning or another fault?

A hot or loud laptop needs inspection. Cleaning is not a blanket promise to fix every fault. If further work makes sense, you receive an assessment in advance and decide for yourself.

How to make your enquiry

  1. Send the model and your requirements – Manufacturer, exact model number and a short description by WhatsApp or phone.
  2. Agree scope and price – You know which work has been agreed before it begins.
  3. Hand over your device – Drop-off in Kößlarn by appointment or shipping by arrangement. Any collection and its costs are agreed in advance.

How much does laptop cleaning cost?
Standard internal cleaning including new thermal paste costs €90. Complex cleaning for relevant or glued models costs €110. Scope is confirmed before work begins.
Are thermal paste and thermal putty included?
Thermal paste is renewed. For complex models, thermal putty or liquid metal is renewed where the specific model requires it.
Can I send in my laptop?
Shipping is possible by arrangement. First send me the manufacturer, model and problem so we can arrange handover.
What information do you need for an enquiry?
The manufacturer, exact model number and a short description, for example: the device gets hot or the fan is loud. A WhatsApp message is enough for initial contact.
