General terms and conditions
§1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all repair and service contracts between Adrian Repair (owner Adrian Chifor, Waldstraße 11, 94149 Kößlarn) and the customer.
§2 Placing orders & quotations
An order is formed through written or verbal acceptance of the quotation. Diagnosis is free if the repair is subsequently carried out. If the customer declines the repair, a workshop fee of €25 (collection from the workshop) or €50 (including return shipping) is charged.
§3 Prices & payment
All prices stated are final prices under §19 UStG (small business exemption – no VAT stated separately). Replacement part costs are listed in the quotation in advance. Payment is due on collection, in cash or by bank transfer.
§4 Warranty & statutory rights
I provide a 90-day warranty on work carried out and replacement parts installed. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. The warranty does not cover consequential damage from improper use or new faults arising after the repair.
§5 Data backup
The customer is responsible for backing up their data before handing over the device. Adrian Repair accepts no liability for data loss that may occur during repairs.
§6 Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, Adrian Repair is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
§7 Jurisdiction & applicable law
German law applies. Where legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Passau.
Privacy policy
Protecting your data matters to me. This website processes personal data only to the extent technically necessary.
Server log files: When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) is processed by the hosting provider. Hosting is provided by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf (Germany). Processing takes place on servers in Germany. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (provision and security of the website).
Contact enquiries: When you contact me by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form, I process your information solely to handle your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is not otherwise passed to third parties and is deleted after completion unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Contact form: The contact form runs directly on this website's server at ALL-INKL.COM (Germany), without external form services. On submission, your entered data (name, email address, message), IP address and submission time are emailed to me. The IP address and submission time are retained to prevent spam and abuse; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing abuse). No transfer to third countries takes place. Data is deleted after your enquiry has been fully handled unless statutory retention obligations apply. You can also contact me directly by phone, WhatsApp or email at any time.

Microsoft Clarity: Microsoft's script is loaded only if you allow Microsoft Clarity in the privacy settings.
