My workshop is in Kößlarn. For customers in the Passau district and Lower Bavaria, we personally arrange drop-off, possible collection or shipping. I also accept devices shipped from Germany, Austria and Switzerland by arrangement.

Workshop in Kößlarn – drop-off by appointment
Repairs take place at my workshop at Waldstraße 11, 94149 Kößlarn. Please make an appointment before travelling. The locations listed below are service areas, not additional workshop locations.
Collection by arrangement
Any collection is agreed in advance. It is free within 5 km of Kößlarn. Travel charges: 5–15 km €10; 15–20 km €15; over 20 km €1/km. We agree the route and charges before collection.

Repairs by shipping within Germany
Contact me before shipping. You receive an RMA number and packaging instructions. After diagnosis, I discuss the repair scope and cost with you; repairs begin after your approval. Diagnosis is free when followed by a repair. Without a repair, the fee is €25 at the workshop or €50 including return shipping.
Devices from Austria and Switzerland
Shipping from Austria or Switzerland is possible by prior arrangement. We agree packaging, shipping costs and return delivery in advance; for shipments from Switzerland, we also agree the necessary shipping documents. Please send your device only once these details are settled.

Can I send a device from Austria or Switzerland?
Yes, by prior arrangement. We agree packaging, shipping costs and return delivery; for shipments from Switzerland, also the necessary shipping documents.
