For systems that need substantial dismantling for thorough cleaning, such as removing the motherboard, cooler and/or other components. Includes cooling-system cleaning and replacement of the CPU thermal paste.
Both services have fixed prices for the stated scope.

How to make your enquiry
- Describe your PC and the issue
Send the PC model or details of the case and CPU cooler, together with a short description of the problem. Photos of the interior can help with a custom-built PC. Only open the case if you can do so safely.
- Agree scope and price
Before starting, we confirm whether Standard or Complex is appropriate for your system. Additional work is carried out only by agreement.
- Hand over your device
Drop off your PC in Kößlarn by appointment. We agree transport, shipping or any collection arrangements and costs beforehand.
Cleaning does not guarantee that every fault will be resolved or that temperatures will drop by a particular amount. If further work would be useful, we discuss it with you first.

Is CPU thermal paste included?
Yes. Both Standard and Complex include cooling-system cleaning and replacement of the CPU thermal paste. Any additional work is discussed separately and is not automatically included.
