Installation and migration are separate services

Hardware installation for RAM, cards or storage devices: €40. HDD-to-SSD operating system migration costs €90 up to 160 GB and €140 for over 160 GB up to 500 GB. Migration is not automatically included in the installation price.

Components suited to your device

SSD, RAM and any other required replacement parts are agreed and charged separately. The manufacturer, exact model number and intended use help with selection. Before starting, we agree which upgrade and scope make sense.

What would you like to transfer?

For migration, please describe what you want to transfer from the existing system to the SSD. If you also want a separate data backup, we agree that service and the required external storage separately.

How to make your enquiry

  1. Send the model and your requirements – Manufacturer, exact model number and a short description by WhatsApp or phone.
  2. Agree scope and price – You know which work has been agreed before it begins.
  3. Hand over your device – Drop-off in Kößlarn by appointment or shipping by arrangement. Any collection and its costs are agreed in advance.

How much does SSD or RAM installation cost?
Hardware installation costs €40. SSD, RAM and other required components are agreed and charged separately.
Is migration included in the installation price?
No. HDD-to-SSD operating system migration costs €90 up to 160 GB and €140 for over 160 GB up to 500 GB. Installation, migration and components are separate items.
Which SSD or RAM fits my device?
We establish this using the manufacturer and exact model number. Suitable components and the scope of work are agreed before starting.
Is a separate data backup possible?
Yes, by arrangement. You need your own suitable external hard drive or USB storage device. Data backup is a separate service according to the price list.
